Even prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, this way of accommodating our clientele was proven very helpful. Now it has become a necessity to meet the needs of our customers while they are in the comfort of their homes. You, too, can benefit from this new way of doing business.

Most Online transactions follow this sequence:

1. Email us the document you need translated for a quote, remembering to include your name and phone number. Click the contact button for general email address, or for immediate attention use melgatranslation@gmail.com.

2. Within minutes you will receive a quote and an expected turnaround time for project completion (normally within 2-3 business days). Expedited service in certain cases are available.

3. You make the payment through Paypal, Zelle or by Debit/Credit card, and by checks for established corporate clients.

4. We immediately begin translation. Upon completion we email a draft to you for your review.

5. We subsequently proceed to certify and notarize the translation for your use. Unlike the competition, we do not charge for this service.

6. At this point, the client decides whether to pick up the physical (original) translation from our office, or have it mailed out to an address of their choice.
